- No- Snap! This is a very easy requirement to fix. Make sure you have the correct version on display in your location, on your website, and being distributed to your patients. Also check your policies and procedures to ensure they are in date.

- No- The fine is a minimum of $150,000 and OIG does fine independent pharmacies.

- No- You really should invest in a program which will afford you the ability to use any adverse events as “Patient Safety Work Product” which is privileged & confidential and inadmissible as evidence, and not subject to discovery.
