When a company contracts with R.J. Hedges & Associates to help with Medicare Accreditation and procedure implementation, here are some of the steps in the process:

  • Complete a questionnaire to assess the current level of compliance and knowledge base of organization owner and staff (4-6 hours to complete)
  • Construct policies and procedures for your facility
  • Create all HIPAA, Medicare quality standards and OSHA regulations to insure your office and your staff is following proper procedure

After the initial assessment is completed, a step-by-step checklist is provided that clearly defines what steps need to be taken in order to meet all Medicare, HIPAA and OSHA standards to prepare for Accreditation.

After you prepare and update your facility based on our recommendations, R.J. Hedges & Associate will perform a “Pre-Survey” and run through the same evaluation and testing that will be completed by the Accreditation organization, and confirm that you and your employees are ready for your final survey.

Once this Pre-Survey is completed by R.J. Hedges & Associates, and we give you our “seal of approval”, you are ready for Medicare Accreditation.

As to this day, 100% of our clients that have passed the R.J. Hedges & Associates’ Accreditation Survey (Pre-Survey) have also passed the Medicare Accreditation board survey and received their Medicare Accreditation.
